IS-MB-SERVSYST: Building MCDA Models in Service Systems
This session presents contributions of MCDA models in Service Systems, including Energy Utility, Public Safety and Information Technology (IT) projects. These problems are characterized by complex systems, where the first model deals with interactions amongst several Decision Makers in order to coordinate real time operations in smart grids to support Energy Utility problems. The problem of IT project investment is analyzed considering different decision situations and a quality service consulting and certification is evaluated under a novel approach, where MCDA models seems very useful. Another complex decision situation modeled is Public Safety planning, considering spatial evaluation and taking into account demographic and socioeconomics issues.
