International Workshop on Multiple Criteria Decision Making ’25

The Department of Operations Research at the University of Economics in Katowice is pleased to announce the 11th International Workshop on Multiple Criteria Decision Making (IWoMCDM), which will take place on April 7–8, 2025. The workshop focuses on the theory and applications of multiobjective optimization, goal programming, and multiple criteria decision aid, with presentations addressing practical problems solved through MCDM methods in fields such as economics, construction, ecology, transportation, healthcare, education, and more.
Since its inception in 2005, IWoMCDM has been held alongside the domestic conference on “Preference Modeling and Risk,” attracting around 100 participants each year. These events offer an excellent platform for discussing scientific challenges, exchanging ideas, and initiating research collaborations.
The 2025 edition will take place at the University of Economics in Katowice, located in the heart of the Silesian Metropolis in southern Poland. Conveniently connected to major European transport hubs, Katowice is easily accessible via Katowice Airport, Kraków Airport, and an extensive network of motorways and railways.
We warmly invite you to join us in Katowice in April 2025! For detailed information about the workshop, please visit the official website: Link.
